I came into contact with MyFMS during a Navigate North event. That first meeting has since grown into a successful collaboration that has lasted for more than ten years.

Han continues:

MyFMS has become an indispensable part of our daily operations. We use the system for, among other things, accurate mileage tracking, flexibly managing mechanics during breakdowns, and monitoring driving behavior. It also helps us control the duration of our mechanics’ presence at customer sites.

The collaboration with MyFMS is going well. Communication is informal, we are always informed in a timely manner, and the helpdesk is easy to reach. What I particularly appreciate is that they really think along with us.
